What is Dance2fit?
Dance2fit was created by Jessica Bass in Knoxville, TN. It combines aerobic dance, top radio hits, and traditional exercises (squats, lunges, burpees, etc.) all into one. You get high-intensity cardio-blasting, strength-building, lean-muscle generating exercise that is so much fun, you forget you're working out! Dance2fit is a motivating atmosphere with absolutely no judging that anyone can enjoy at their own pace because there are modifications for all the dances.
Dance2Fit Instructors have completed Jessica's training course and are certified in Dance2fit.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS!
Lacey Blackwood started doing Dance2fit in September 2017. She is our resident “remember every dance” and “teach us how to twerk” all star. She is married to Jeremy with two precious girls, Natalie and Harley. She has built that booty and become more confident in herself as a mother to two sweet girls. She is always positive and has the funniest stories to tell! She’s an accountant by day and has us counting those calories by night!
Lindsay Nance started doing Dance2fit in March 2018. She has been dancing since she was four and as soon as she started Dance2fit, she knew that this was the boost she needed to help her lose over 45lbs. She loves bringing her dance background into the studio. Lindsay is a special education teacher/department chair by day and also teaches a special needs dance class. She loves a good leg song and the phrase “one more time!"
Classes are only $5. There is no need to sign up ahead of time. Just show up for class and you can pay by cash or Venmo when you arrive. Click on the classes link to see the monthly schedule and check out a class today!

-Sing, yell, talk to us...If you're not having fun, we aren't doing our jobs
2. No judging!
-That's yourself or anyone else...Your only competition is yourself and we are all in this together.
3. Keep moving!
-It doesn't matter if you step or turn left or right...As long as you're moving, you're burning calories.
4. Stay committed!
-Your body can do amazing things...Do NOT give up on yourself!
